Pay

Monthly CTC ₹ 3,65,000/-

Contract duration

Contractual period is three (03) years, with renewal on a yearly basis subject to work requirements and satisfactory performance.

Documents

Candidates attending the walk-in interview are required to bring self-attested copies of the listed documents. The original documents must also be produced at the time of walk-in interview for verification.

No Objection Certificate

“No Objection Certificate” if the candidate is working in any Govt./PSU, attached or subordinate organization or any public body substantially funded by the Govt.

Travelling expenses

No travelling expenses will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the screening/interview/medical.

Early termination

It may be terminated earlier due to non-availability of work, unsatisfactory performance, or administrative reasons, at the discretion of the Competent Authority.

Service Agreement

Selected candidates shall be required to execute a Service Agreement at the time of engagement for a period of one year. While the contractual tenure may be extended, the Service Agreement shall not automatically extend beyond the initial one-year period. In case of failure to complete the said period, they shall be liable to pay an amount equivalent to three months’ gross salary in addition to serving the applicable notice period or paying salary in lieu thereof.

Resignation

In addition to the service agreement, a notice period of three months shall be mandatory prior to resignation from RailTel Corporation. Serving such notice will not absolve the executive from the financial or other obligations under the service agreement.

Background Check

Selection/appointment shall be provisional, subject to verification of character, antecedents, caste certificate, and other submitted documents, as well as fulfillment of medical and other conditions applicable to appointments under the Central Government/PSUs.

Prior applications declaration

At the time of interview, candidates shall be required to submit an undertaking declaring whether they have applied for any position (including where results are declared, awaited, or under process) in any Central/State Government organization, including CPSEs. If no such applications exist, the candidate must explicitly state that they have not applied elsewhere.
