Acceptance and eligibility

By using GetJobAlert, creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Users under 18 may purchase only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Service description

GetJobAlert provides independent recruitment information, official-source links, candidate tools, alerts and online study access. Features may be free or paid as clearly stated on the relevant service and pricing page. Paid access, where offered, is a limited personal right to use the described digital service; ownership of the underlying material is not transferred.

Recruitment information

GetJobAlert is not a government authority, recruiting organization or application portal. We do not accept recruitment forms or official application fees, determine eligibility, conduct examinations or guarantee selection. The recruiting body’s current official notification and portal always control.

Prices and payments

The total price, currency, applicable taxes, access period and material inclusions for a paid service will be displayed before payment. Payments must be made only through the checkout shown on GetJobAlert. A payment confirmation does not authorize use outside the purchased account or licence.

Digital access and fair use

Study material is provided for personal learning through the approved reader. You must not share accounts, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, reproduce or redistribute material, resell access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or use another person’s identity or payment method without permission.

Cancellation and refunds

Eligibility, request deadlines and processing timelines are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Government application fees paid to an external recruiting body are outside GetJobAlert and cannot be refunded by us.

External websites

Official notices, application portals and other third-party links are provided for convenience and verification. Those websites operate independently and their content, availability, payments and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

The GetJobAlert name, interface, original editorial presentation, software and owned study material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Official notices and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used or linked subject to applicable rights.

Availability, suspension and changes

We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features, and may suspend access needed to address fraud, abuse, security, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. We will not remove a paid entitlement arbitrarily and will apply the refund policy where a purchased service cannot be delivered.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GetJobAlert is not responsible for recruitment decisions, missed third-party deadlines, external portal failures or indirect losses arising from reliance on unofficial summaries. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact [email protected] first so a service or payment concern can be resolved. Subject to applicable consumer rights and jurisdiction rules, disputes will be handled by the competent courts serving SAS Nagar, Punjab.

Changes and contact
