Qualification and experience
Educational qualification
A graduate degree is required. Preference is indicated for a postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology or Social Work.
Accepted experience pathways
The candidate must meet at least one of these experience conditions:
- minimum five years as an ex-banker in a nationalized bank or Regional Rural Bank;
- minimum five years in banking, a related field, an NBFC or another financial institution;
- minimum five years as a Business Correspondent or Business Correspondent Coordinator;
- minimum three years as an RSETI Director; or
- minimum five years as RSETI Faculty.
Eligible retired employees of UPGB may receive preference. Experience must be supported by clear certificates or service-discharge documents.
Residence requirement
The applicant should be a permanent resident of the same or a nearby district for which the application is made. A person temporarily residing in the applied district must have lived there for at least three years and provide documentary proof under the notice's condition.
