Digital-only delivery
GetJobAlert currently offers digital services and does not ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges, courier tracking numbers or physical delivery areas for the services described on this website.
How access is delivered
Free public information is available directly on the website. Paid study material is delivered through the student library after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction. Access is attached to the purchasing email; a new student receives a secure account-setup link, while an existing student signs in with the same email.
Delivery timing
Digital access is normally available immediately after successful confirmation. Where an outage, risk review or payment-status delay prevents immediate activation, delivery may take up to 24 hours. A pending or failed payment is not treated as a completed order.
Access problems
If confirmed access is not visible after 24 hours, email [email protected] with the registered email address and payment or order reference. Do not send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password. We will restore access or apply the Cancellation and Refund Policy when delivery cannot be completed.
Future physical products
No physical product is currently sold through GetJobAlert. If that changes, the product page and checkout will state shipping charges, serviceable locations, dispatch time and delivery estimate before an order is accepted, and this policy will be updated.
