Qualification

LLB/ Integrated LLB with minimum 05 years field experience with focus on Corporate/ Company Law

Pay

Consolidated Emoluments per month: ₹.70,000 to ₹. 90,000 /-

Citizenship and contract term

Applications are invited by the Technology Development Board from Indian citizens for the following position on a purely contract basis for a period of 3 years.

Desirable Experience

Experience of dealing with Company Project Financing; Arbitrations and such other cases of NPA; recoveries etc under general legal guidelines

Minimum qualifications and interview entitlement

The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.

Age cutoff

The upper age limit of all candidates shall be determined as on 01.07.2026.

Canvassing

Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification of candidature.

Interview expenses

No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
