Contractual Young Professional-I for remote-sensing interpretation, GIS-based mapping and modelling, programming, project reporting, data management, statistical analysis, fieldwork and report writing.

Job duration — page 1 clause: TT months or until termination of the project whichever is earlier.

Appointment duration — page 2 clause: The initial appointment will be made for one year or earlier whichever is less and may be extended further based on the satisfactory performance of the candidate and requirement of the project.

Job description

Remote sensing data interpretation, GIS based mapping & modelling, Computer programming, preparation of DSS, Detailed project report, computer-based data management, statistical analysis using R/Python, Field work and Report writing.

Government employees

Candidates who are employed in Govt. organization should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Employer and experience certificate in original at the time of interview.

Contractual and temporary nature

The post is purely on contractual basis and of temporary nature. Selected candidates will not be entitled to any claim for regular appointment/absorption either in this Institute or in ICAR.

No TA/DA

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Canvassing

Canvassing in any form will liable to disqualify the candidature, The Director’s decision will be final and binding in all respect.

Interview cancellation or postponement

The Director/P1 reserve the right to cancel/postpone the interview without assigning any reason thereof.
