Qualification

• Graduate in life science/Para Medical Sciences/Bsc Nursing/BDS/BHMS/BAMS with one-year experience in health-related research project.
• Post-graduation degree in life science/ Paramedical Sciences/ MPH/Msc /Msc Nursing etc.

Pay

Rs.25,000/ month

Desirable qualification

• Experience in data collection and compilation.
• Writing Skills (Manuscript/Scientific write up).

Joining requirement

The Selected candidate will have to join within 5 days of declaration of results.

Nature of employment

It is NOT a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.

Project nature

It is a totally a community-based project.

Appointment term

Appointment is purely on a contract basis (initially for period of 06 month). The extendable maximum duration of the appointment can be 08 months or till the duration of the project, whichever is earlier. The offered post is purely on a temporary/contractual basis for the specified period of time and based on the candidate's performance and a budget grant from the funding agency. The appointee's work will be reviewed time to time, and a future extension will be given based on performance.

Regular-post claim

NO claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.

Performance assessment

Employee Performance Indicator will be applied.

Late or incomplete applications

Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.

Interview expenses

No TA/ DA will be paid for the interview.

Experience timing

Experience should have been gained after acquiring minimum essential qualification.

Relaxation or alteration

Qualification, experience, other terms and conditions may be relaxed/ altered at the discretion of Director AIIMS Rishikesh / Recruitment Committee.

Allowances and facilities

No other allowance/ facilities other than consolidated salary shall be admissible.

Final decision

Decision of Recruitment Committee will be final.

False information

Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.

Termination

If performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory by the Principal Investigator/Nodal Officer, appointment can be terminated at any time without any prior notice/ compensation.

Relieving notice

The appointee may be relieved from the current job position, by serving one- month prior notice, if the notice period is less than 1 month, amount equal to salary of 01 month will have to be deposited for relieving certificate.
