DRDO has issued an official recruitment notification for Graduate Apprentice.

Graduate apprenticeship training category; the qualification alternatives are preserved verbatim because their grouping cannot be decomposed without interpretation.

Qualification — check official notification: Regular Graduation degree (First division) in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Computer Science. OR B.A./B.Com. OR B.E./B. Tech. (First division) in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Communication Engineering, VLSI, Chemical Engineering from a recognized University /Institution.

Qualification

• The candidates who have passed their B.Sc./B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI/BA/B.Com degree in the year 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 are eligible to apply. Candidates who have…

Reservation

For the above vacancies, reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS categories will be applicable as per provision of Apprentice Act 1961, Apprentice Rules, 1992 and Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules, 2015.

Vacancy variation

Number of APPRENTICESHIP may vary depending on the lab’s requirements.

Training period

The period of training will be 12months commencing from execution of the Contract of Apprenticeship.

Police verification after joining

Selected candidates have to submit the “Police Verification Certificate” after joining.

No obligation to offer employment

It shall not be obligatory on the part of the Solid State Physics Laboratory, Delhi, where training is imparted, to offer any employment to any apprentice after completion of period of his/her apprenticeship training.

Accommodation and transport

The apprentices will not be provided any Govt. quarters/hostel accommodation/transport by this establishment during the training period.
