Lost your password, or never received the email? Enter any one of these — the order number from your receipt, or the payment id Razorpay sent you — along with the phone number you used at checkout, and everything you bought will open.

Order number or payment id

The order number is on your purchase email and invoice and starts with GJA. The payment id starts with pay_ and is in the message Razorpay or your bank sent you.

Phone number

The number you typed when you paid. With or without +91, either is fine.
