Pathway A: (i) Master’s Degree in Law from a recognised University or Institutions; and (ii) one of the following: a member of State Judicial Service for two years; or a Central or State or Union territory Government Servant or executive or officer in a Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body with two years' experience in Legal Affairs; or a qualified legal practitioner who has practised as such for two years; or a teacher of law for two years in a recognised institution; or two years’ experience of translation into Hindi of statutes, statutory rules and orders in Central Government or State Government or Union territory administration; or two years’ experience of drafting of statutes in the Central Government or State Government or Union territory administration; and (iii) passed Secondary School Examination or a higher examination through Hindi medium, or offered Hindi as a subject in such an examination, from an institution described in the notification. · Equivalence: exact qualification required
