Shared vacancy

There is only one vacancy, to be filled either as JGM or DGM depending on the overall merit and eligibility of the suitable candidate.

Common recruitment process

A common recruitment process shall be conducted for the post and a single panel shall be made based on overall merit.

Dual applications

A candidate applying both as JGM and DGM will be considered for empanelment only for the post for which the selection committee finds the candidate eligible and suitable, and no application-fee refund will be made for the second form.

Experience exclusions

Training (except on-the-job training), internship, teaching, academic, fellowship and PhD research experience shall not count as experience.

Probation

Appointment will initially be on probation for one year from the date of joining; further continuance and confirmation depend on performance and verification of the genuineness/veracity of certificates and documents submitted at joining, and the employee remains on probation until a confirmation order is issued.

Confirmation screening test

Candidates must clear a screening test for confirmation at the end of probation. For those who fail, probation may be extended and further action taken under Company policy.

Unreserved-category fee rule

Where posts are not reserved for SC/ST/PwD, candidates from those categories must also pay the full fee at the online-application stage.
