One unreserved Registrar post, to be filled by Deputation (ISTC) for the printed tenure.

Qualification

• Masters’ degree with at least 55% Marks or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University/Institute.
• Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent department/Organisation in Central/State Government/UTs/PSUs/Universities/Research Institute;
• Atleast 15 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7,000/- (Pay Level-11 or Corresponding) and and above or with 8 years…
• Comparable experience in research establishment and /or other institutions of higher education.
• 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post in the GP of Rs. 7,600/-…

Method and tenure of recruitment

Deputation (ISTC™) for a period of Five years or till attaining the age of 62 years whichever is earlier or has fixed by Govt. of India by orders issued in this fegard from time to time.

Eligible organizations

Officers under the Central / State Governments / Universities / Recognized Research institutes or Institute of national importance or Govt. laboratory or PSU.

Desirable qualification and experience

i) Qualification in area of Management / Engineering/Law. ii) Experience in computerized administration / legal / financial / establishment matters.

Experience restriction

The experience in handling computerized work, administrative or legal or financial or establishment matter as regular employee will only be considered, in case of the post P1 (Registrar post). THE CONTRACT EXPERIENCE WITH CONSOLIDATED PAY IN ANY FORM WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The candidate shall include appropriate certificate for this experience.
