- Nature and initial tenure of engagement

The tenure of the engagement shall initially be for a period of one year from the date of joining. The engagement may be extended thereafter on a year-to-year basis, subject to the recommendation of the concerned Head of the Department (HoD), the Institute's requirements, the satisfactory performance of the appointee, and the prevailing norms of the Institute.
- Temporary engagement and no regularization claim

This post is purely on Temporary basis and the applicant will not have any claim towards absorption/regularization or any other within the Institute.
- Vacancy may change

The number of vacancies is tentative and subject to change. The Institute reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions at its sole discretion.
- Pay exclusions and fixed remuneration

The Consultant (Training & Placement) so appointed shall not be entitled to any kind of allowance or accommodation facility e.g. Dearness Allowance, Transport Facility, Residential Accommodation, Personal Staff, CGHS, and Medical Reimbursement etc. No increment shall be allowed during the contract period. The remuneration is fixed and shall not be changed throughout the period of contract.
- Official travel reimbursement

In case of any travel journey performed officially, the TA/DA reimbursement shall be paid as per the Institute norms.
- Leave entitlement

Leave rules applicable to a regular Government employee will not be applicable to this contractual appointee. However, a contractual appointee will be entitled to 8 days leave on pro-rata basis in the calendar year.
- Documents required at Document Verification

All supporting documents, including educational qualifications, experience certificates, and a valid Government-issued Photo ID, must be produced in the original at the time of the Document Verification, along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Experience preference
-
Preference shall be given to applicants possessing relevant work experience in training and placement activities, industry liaison, and people management.
- Interview travel expenses
-
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Interview.
- Termination notice
-
The contract may be terminated by either party by providing a notice period of not less than one month, or payment of one month's salary in lieu of notice. However, the Institute may terminate the Contract without any notice if the performance of the Contractual Employee is found to be unsatisfactory.
