Experience

10 to 15 years of experience in the position of Airport Manager (Regular or Contractual) or equivalent

Eligibility verification

MADC will take up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to the original documents only after the candidate has qualified for interview. Their admission to all the stages of the recruitment process will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility criteria.

Self-attested documents

The candidates should submit the self-attested documents wherever required as per eligibility criteria in order mentioned below- a) SSC mark sheet & SSC Board Certificate. b) HSC mark Sheet & Board Certificate. c) Degree mark sheet & Certificate. d) Experience Certificate. e) PAN Card f) Aadhar Card. g) Caste Certificate if any. h) Detailed CV

Possible relaxation

Management may relax conditions relating to educational qualification, experience & age for the candidates already in service of MADC, Government of Maharashtra, Government of India and Government undertaking companies.

Contract renewal

Upon completion of the contract period, the contract may be renewed at the sole discretion of the Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd. (MADC), subject to the Company's requirements and the candidate's satisfactory performance.

Insurance

The selected contractual consultants shall be covered under the insurance policy applicable to other contractual consultants of Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd.

Allowance after continuous service

After successful completion of one (1) year of continuous service: Consultant (Manager) shall be entitled to allowances applicable to contractual clerical employees of the Company.

Remuneration revision

Honorarium/revision in remuneration shall be granted in accordance with the rules and policies of Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd.

Preference

Candidates having prior work experience with Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd. shall be given preference.

Contract terms

Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd. reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of the contract from time to time, if considered necessary in the interest of the Company.
