Qualification

Re-employment : Retd. IRSSE Officers of Indian Railways or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized university/institute.

Pay

For Re-employment: The candidate selected on re-employment shall be given a consolidated pay of Rs.1,70,000/- per month.

Re-employment tenure

On Re-employment basis: for an initial period of TWO Years – to be further extendable for additional terms/ periods,– or up to attaining the age of 65 years or maximum of 5 years from initial appointment, whichever is earlier, subject to consistent good performance, conduct and requirement of Project/ discretion of Management

Re-employment experience and former scale

Candidate applying on Re-employment basis for Chief Engineer (Signaling & Telecom)- Retired Officers of Railway /Rail PSUs /Metro Rail Companies atleast in the pay scale of Rs.1,44,200-2,18,200/- (Level-14- CDA Pattern) or in the pay scale of Rs.120000-280000/- (IDA Pattern) or its equivalent scales under similar roles as mentioned above for the candidates applying on deputation basis.

Possible consolidated-pay enhancement

For Re-employed candidates, subject to their performance in interview and for deserving and meritorious candidates, an enhancement of 10% on the consolidated pay may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.

No Objection Certificate

Applicants employed in Govt. /Quasi Govt. / Rail PSUs/Metro’s shall produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of written/online test and/or interview.
