Qualification

• Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics/Electronics with First Division with NET qualified
• Graduate Degree (B.E./B.Tech in Engineering Physics /Electronics) with 1st Division with NET/GATE qualified
• Post Graduate Degree (M.E./M. Tech) with 1st Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate Level

Pay

INR 37000/-month

Combined JRF fellowship count

The notice prints 16* fellowships for the Junior Research Fellow row, without a Physics/Electronics split.

Age relaxation

Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt rules will be permissible.

Funding and project duration

Those who will be selected for the JRF/RA under the project will be paid as per the provision of funds up to PDC of the project.

Temporary position

The position is purely temporary. The offer of Fellowship will not confer any right for absorption/regular appointment in DRDO.

Vacancy and project qualification

Some vacancies are regular and some of them are DRDO specific project basis, fellowship may be terminated after completion of the project.
