Alert methodology
Alerts are based on canonical job events and saved criteria, not on purchased contact lists.
Matching
Where rules are complete, alerts use normalized state, qualification, department, employment type and deadline facts. Ambiguous eligibility is not presented as a definite match.
Corrections
Material updates can generate a new event for affected subscribers. Deduplication prevents one canonical event from producing repeated channel alerts.
