Selection process
- ShortlistingMerely possessing the prescribed qualification does not ensure that the candidate will be called for an Interview. The candidates may be shortlisted based on merit and need for the project.
- Interview notificationShortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail about the interview.
- Interview documents and modeShortlisted candidates must present themselves for the interview on the interview date with an updated CV and original and attested photocopies of mark sheets/certificates supporting their academic qualifications. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The time of the interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates by e-mail. The interview will be held using the online/offline platform

| Candidates without valid GATE/NET qualification | Candidates without a valid GATE/NET qualification but fulfilling the essential educational qualifications may also apply. If selected, they will be appointed as Project Associate-I/II, as applicable, with a fellowship of ₹25,000/₹28,000 per month + 16% HRA, in accordance with the applicable guidelines. |
| Desirable qualifications | 1. A sound knowledge of programming languages like C/C++, Python, MATLAB 2. Experience in working on Finite Element software e.g. ABAQUS, Ansys etc. |
