Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include literature reviews, data collection and analysis, interviews and field research, preparation of research notes and reports, development of case studies and teaching materials, support for academic publications, and coordination of research projects. The selected candidates will work closely with the Academy’s faculty leadership and other researchers.
Preferred experience: Prior research experience in an academic, consulting, legal, policy, or any other professional environment.
Preferred writing experience: Experience writing or contributing to research papers, journal articles, case studies, reports, or other substantive research outputs.
Preferred credentials: Demonstrated analytical ability and strong academic credentials.
Eligibility warning: Candidates not meeting the required qualifications mentioned above should not apply.
Duration and extension: The position will initially be offered for a period of 1 year and may be extended depending on performance and requirements of the Academy.
Travel: The Research Associates may be required to travel.
