About this post

One UR contractual Project Coordinator (Technical Support) position, initially for one year and extendable annually up to three years based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.

Qualification: Essential Qualification: Master's degree (PhD/MPH/ MSc/ MTech in Biostatistics/ Data Science/Bioinformatics/Life Sciences/Public Health or equivalent) from a recognized university/ Institute.
Minimum 1 years of post-qualification experience in research coordination, project management, data management, monitoring & evaluation, or implementation of health/research projects.
Proficiency in data management and statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python, or equivalent.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, scientific documentation, report writing, and publication support.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Desirable Qualification: Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in multicentric research projects, database management, regulatory documentation, ethics submissions, and project coordination.
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), research ethics, grant administration, and monitoring & evaluation.
Pay: ₹1,00,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Tenure: 01 Year (Extendable annually up to 03 years based on satisfactory performance and project requirements).
Temporary contractual engagement: The above posts are purely temporary, contractual, and co-terminus with the project. The appointment will be initially for the sanctioned project duration and may be extended based on satisfactory performance, continuation of the project, and approval of the funding agency.
No regular appointment claim: The selected candidate shall have no claim for regular appointment or absorption at AIIMS Bathinda or under the funding agency by virtue of this contractual engagement.
Experience timing: The required experience shall be considered only if acquired after obtaining the prescribed minimum educational qualification for the respective post.
Eligibility cutoff: The age limit, educational qualifications, and experience shall be determined as of the last date for submission of applications.
