Pay

Indicative remuneration around `20.00 lakh per annum plus other facilities such as Group Insurance, based on qualification, experience and overall suitability. It includes provision for a performance-reviewed annual increment and a suitable performance-linked variable component.

Contract term and termination

The initial contract term is three years, subject to interim review, and may be extended at the Bank's sole discretion for up to two more years. It may be terminated on three months' notice by either side or salary and allowances, if any, in lieu.

Eligibility criteria may be modified

The Bank reserves the right to raise or modify eligibility criteria, including educational qualification and minimum work experience, to restrict the number called for interview commensurate with the number of posts.
