Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Community Science with specialization in Human Development and Child hood studies/Family Studies discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade…
• National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by ICAR-ASRB, UGC-CSIR or SET/SLET qualified.
• Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied subject in accordance with the University Grant Commission and ICAR guidelines.

Pay

The honorarium for the Guest Faculty will be Rs. 1500/- per lecture subject to maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month. The emoluments will be disbursed on monthly basis as per the number of lectures taken during the month as certified by the UG-Course Coordinator.

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience.

Initial empanelment

Initial empanelment will be for 12 months, which can be extended on annual basis based on satisfactory performance.

No Objection Certificate

Candidates who are already employed in Pvt. organization etc. should produce "No Objection Certificate" from the present employer.

Interview travel expenses

No T.A. / D.A. will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Nature of engagement

The engagement will not constitute a regular job or appointment of any nature in the ICAR.

Standards of Conduct

During the term of empanelment, the guest faculty shall comply with the Standards of Conduct. Failure to comply with the same will become a ground for termination without notice.

Official tour entitlement

The Guest Faculty will be entitled to TA/DA while on official tour as per the entitlement of the Assistant Professor.
