Qualification: For both pathways, “Qualified Legal Practitioner” means an advocate or pleader who has practised as such for five years in case of Master’s Degree in Law or seven years in case of Bachelor’s Degree in Law. “Experience in Legal Affairs” means holding a substantive legal post under the Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body for which Bachelor’s Degree in Law is a prerequisite or essential recruitment qualification.
