Job description

At NII, the project requires experimentation using C. elegans as a model system. The candidate will perform extensive molecular genetics analysis, fluorescence and confocal microscopy, generation of transgenic lines, mitochondrial isolation, proteomics, and metabolomics.

Required skills

C. elegans genetics and cell biology skills will be needed for the project.

Preferred skills

Candidates with skills in mitochondrial biology, proteomics, metabolomics, and cell culture will be preferred.
