If vacancies in level 5/4 of particular sports discipline are not filled due to non-availability of suitable candidates, such vacancies will be filled in level 3/2 from the same discipline.
- Training and emoluments

Emoluments on initial appointment will be minimum pay of the level of pay plus other allowances as admissible at that time. During training period only stipend will be paid as applicable. Candidates may have to give security deposit and execute indemnity bond, wherever necessary.

Selection process
- DV and trialAll eligible candidates will be called for DV & trial.
- Fitness threshold at trialAfter trial, only FIT candidates securing 25 or more out of 40 marks for game skill, physical fitness and coach’s observations during trial shall be assessed for the next stage; candidates declared UNFIT will not be assessed further.
- Minimum qualifying marksMinimum qualifying marks for Level 5/4: 70 Marks.
- Merit and tie-breakingThe offer of appointment shall be given purely on the basis of merit. In case more than one sportsperson score the same marks, preference will be given to younger candidate to decide the merit.

- 02Separate applications and fees
Candidate applying for more than one game/event shall submit separate applications with separate fees. Such candidates have to attend all the trial separately for recruitment.

Candidate need not send any application printout or certificates or copies to RRC CR by post.
