Full time regular diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Instrumentation, Chemical & Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Metallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics, Silicate Technology, Chemical Technology, Mining Engineering, Computer Science/ Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Engineering) (Computer Science), IT, IT Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Electrical, Electronics & Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Electronics & Instruments, Electronics, Electronics & Communication & Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication & Instrumentation, Electronics & Electrical & Instrumentation, etc. from Govt. recognized Institute/ University, with minimum 60% marks, and with minimum 1 year post qualification experience in a large Integrated Steel Plant or in a PSU or in a large Engineering Company or in a large manufacturing industry having turn over of over Rs.100 Crores per annum and having knowledge in computer applications (MS office etc.).

FSNL Recruitment 2025 - Selection Procedure

Eligible candidates will be called for online test, information for which will be provided in the admit card. Candidates are required to download their admit cards from FSNL website. On the basis of performance in the written test, candidates shall be shortlisted for interview. However, the weightage of online test and interview will be 70% and 30% respectively. For candidates applying for the post of Jr. Manager (E-1), the final merit list will be drawn by combining the scores of the written test and interview with a weightage of 70% and 30% respectively on the basis of performance of the candidates in the Interview and online test. For Executive (E-0) and Dy. Manager (E-3), the final merit list will be drawn by combining the scores of the written test and interview with a weightage of 70% and 30% respectively on the basis of overall performance of the candidates in the interview and online test.

FSNL Recruitment 2025 - How to Apply

The eligible and interested candidates are required to apply only on-line through the link available on FSNL’s website www.fsnl.co.in. All candidates have to pay non-refundable processing fee of Rs.500/- (except SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen) for each application, by way of Demand Draft (DD) from any scheduled Bank payable at Bhilai, in favour of Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited, Bhilai. The Demand Draft should be enclosed with the application print out. The Demand Draft Number should be mentioned in the online application form, without which the application shall be summarily rejected.
