Defence Scientific Information & Documentation Centre (DESIDOC) under the aegis of the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence is in process of preparing for apprenticeship training of 30 positions in Library & Information Science, Computer Science, Photography/Videography and Printing Technology Disciplines.
Applications are invited for Selection of Candidates for Apprenticeship Training in the following Disciplines for 01 year training at DESIDOC, Metcalfe House, Delhi. The period of Training will be One year from the date of Joining.

DRDO DESIDOC Apprentices Recruitment 2025 Eligibility

Age Limit:
Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC, ST, OBC, PWD & EWS candidates as per Govt. of India rules in this regard.
Qualifications:

• For Library & Information Science: Graduate degree in professional course (in Library & Information Science) obtained after graduation (in regular full time course) from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks.


• For Computer Science: Diploma in Computer Science (2 Years)


• For Photography/Videography: Diploma in Photography or Videography (2 Years) OR ITI Certificate in Photography or Videography


• For Printing Technology: Diploma in Printing Technology (2 Years)

The Selection will be based on the number of candidates meeting the eligibility criteria and have been shortlisted and selected basis the details provided in the application form and documents attached with the application.
