**Brief Information:**The CSIR- Central Drug Research Institute (CSIR-CDRI), a premier Institute under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), is involved in multidisciplinary R&D programs of both basic and applied nature. CSIR-CDRI is a pioneer biomedical research organization in India and has the infrastructure and expertise to develop a drug from concept to commercialization. In the area of Drug Development, the Institute has a proven expertise in the development of new drug candidates. CSIR-CDRI has also been involved in the development of several technologies for commercialization. CSIR-CDRI has a dedicated team of scientists from diverse areas of biological and chemical sciences engaged in the discovery and development of new chemical entities (NCEs) for unmet medical needs.
The institute is further engaged in drug development, process development, API development, formulations and repurposing of drugs. The institute is further engaged in development of technologies for the society and has a number of patents, technologies at advanced stage of commercialization.

CSIR CDRI Project Associate, Project Assistant Recruitment 2025 - How to Apply

1. Eligible and interested candidates may attend the Interview for the following positions at 9:00 A.M. on 02.05.2025 (Monday) at the office of Division of Organic and Medicinal Chemistry, CDRI, Lucknow. Candidates must also bring and produce original testimonials/ certificates at the time of the interview failing which they will not be allowed to attend the interview. The engagement is purely temporary and, therefore, does not confer any right / claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any CDRI /CSIR post. The age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the date of interview. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Women and physically handicapped candidates as per CSIR and Govt. of India instructions on the subject. The engagement will be initially for a period of six months, which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the sponsored project, satisfactory performance/conduct of the appointee. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project and shall not confer any right to the claim implicit or explicit on any post in CDRI/CSIR. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
